Information about the collection of personal data
In the following we inform you about the collection of personal data. The corportation responsible as per Art. 4 para. 7 of the EU General Data Protection Regulation (DSGVO) is SPT Sales + Marketing GmbH (see also our imprint). The use of our website is usually possible without registration, therefore not providing personal information. As far as we ask you to provide any personal data, it is clearly understood that such data is submitted by you on a voluntary basis. There is no legal or contractual obligation to provide your information. Stored data will be deleted immediately after discontinuation of the purpose for which such data was collected, provided that legal data retentioning periods preclude deleting such personal data. If we use contracted service providers for individual functions of our offering and data is submitted in such a way, we will inform you in detail below about the respective processes.
What is personal data?
Personal data are details of personal or corporate circumstances with which a reference to a specific or identifiable natural person can be made, such as name, age, marital status, date of birth, postal address, telephone number, e-mail address or account number. Occasionally, the IP address is already considered as personal data, as well as the specified criteria of duration of data storage.

You have the following rights (Art. 12 et seq. DSGVO) with regard to the personal data concerning you:

  • right to amending data or deleting data,
  • right to restriction of processing such data
  • right to object to any processing of your data,
  • right to data portability.
You also have the right to complain to us about the processing of your personal data by using data protection supervisory authority. If you have given us your consent, you can revoke it at any time with effect for the future, without affecting the lawfulness of the processing carried out on the basis of the consent until such call to revoke any data processing is submitted by you.
Safety of Data on this Website

  • as permitted by law and according to Art. 6 para. 1 sentence 1 lit. b DSGVO is required for the settlement of contractual relationships with you.
Collection of personal data when visiting our website

For the use of our website, it is generally not necessary for you to disclose personal data.
